I created this design based on specific information provided. I was a volunteer and designed this work for an outreach project on my university campus.
I created the following six pieces for a personal gallery exhibition and it focused on scenery and character design. The theme of the exhibition was cultural adjustment. I enjoy bright colors and combining abstract pieces to create a larger recognizable object such as a human figure. In preparation for the creation of my exhibition, I created many pieces that developed the unique abstract style of my personal exhibition. Here are some of the pieces from the artistic journey:
I created a mood board to help me create a menu that would match my ideal image of a rustic French restaurant. I selected some fonts and colors that I wanted to work with for my menu. Using inspiration from the mood board above, I then designed a two page menu of a French restaurant that I imagined. I considered that the restaurant was rustic in style and had a farm-to-table menu.
